Where we ship
Glow Putt currently ships to addresses in the United States only.
Processing time
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). We email tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: free on all US orders.
- Express shipping: $9.99.
Express shipping speeds up delivery after your order ships. Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, or it arrives damaged, email us at gptpensales@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will help.
